CityHub was established in the year 1999, with the ideal of targeting at entrepreneurs, new start-ups and multi-national companies who will need an “instant office” and a one stop business solution center. Since then, CityHub has become one of the leading Serviced Offices in Singapore.

We do believe that by having a Serviced Office outfit, it will facilitate & enhance services to the local business communities as well as the foreign companies in starting up their businesses in the countries which we operate.

The first CityHub operation was in a penthouse unit at the Forum, Orchard Road.

By year two, CityHub attracted enough business to expand the Forum office by taking additional space on the 15th floor.

In the same year, a second Cityhub Centre opened in Shenton Way – Penthouse on the 37th floor of UIC Building, to cater specially to customers who wanted to be located in Singpaore’s business district. In 2003, CityHub opened its third centre at Shaw House, Orchard Road, conveniently located outside the ERP belt but neart the Orchard MRT station.

The latest move in 2007 has taken CityHub out of Singapore to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Clients are advantageously placed in a penthouse of the prestigious Saigon Trade Centre, in the business district of Ho Chi Minh City in District 1.

Simultaneously in the same year, CityHub acquired 15,000 sq ft of office space in Ngee Ann City sealing its positon as the biggest Serviced Office operator in Singapore.
