The CityConnect package includes the following services:
Personalised Telephone Answering Service
- We will answer your calls in your company name, or in accordance to your instructions.
* Base figure of 35 calls/ day. Thereafter will be charged @ S$1.50 / call
Transfer of Call
- Your incoming cal ls will be answered and transferred to you immediately to anywhere in the world
Instant Relay of Messages*
- Your messages will be automatically forwarded via your roaming SMS, fax, E-mail.
- Other than IDD call or IDD fax, the relay is done absolutely without charge.
* All rates quoted are subjected to GST ( Goods & Services Tax)
Voicemail (24hour / 7 days)
- To ensure that you will never miss a message, your calls will be diverted to your voicemail after office hours, on weekends and public holidays.
- You can retrieve your messages anytime by dialing.
Call Report (Monthly)
- Dedicated Monthly Report for the Daily Calls Answered.
Business Support
- Usage of all business services such as Meeting rooms, equipments, outsourcing support, secretarial support etc at special member’s rate.
1) This package is excluding of the service charge levied by SingTel to transfer your current main line to our call centre
2) Additional Message Relay via SMS / Email S$20.00 per personnel
